Michelle B. Lisa is a member of the Illinois State Bar.
In addition to serving as the firm’s managing attorney, Michelle has played a critical role in supporting the firm’s patent licensing, litigation, and patent enforcement efforts since 2011. Michelle has the experience to identify patent infringers and advise patent owners on how to proceed with pursuing them in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. Michelle has also handled intellectual property and patent counseling for start-ups and individual inventors, including patent portfolio due diligence issues.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, wildlife observation, and running.
Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008 with a B.S. in Biology, a B.S. in Biological Aspects of Conservation, and a certificate in Environmental Sciences. Michelle attended Lewis and Clark College Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon and obtained her J.D. in 2011 and earned a certificate in Environmental Law.
